About Trail Dust Town
Since 1961, Trail Dust Town has been a Tucson landmark where people gather, parents see their kids’ eyes light up, and memories are made.
Trail Dust Town began as a simple idea: to bring the spirit of the Old West to life in Tucson. Over the decades, it has grown into a beloved Tucson tradition. At its heart, Trail Dust Town has always been about connection. In a world full of screens and busy schedules, it offers something different. Visitors have the chance to slow down, share a meal at Pinnacle Peak, cheer for a cowboy stunt show, or laugh together on a miniature train ride.
THINGS TO DO
Stunt Shows
- The Pistoleros Wild West Show performs Friday through Sunday at 7 PM and 8 PM.
- Tickets are available at the Pistoleros Box Office or you can buy your tickets online!
Miniature Train
- Take a ride through scenes from the “Old West”. Just board on the East side of the Chocolate Depot.
- Rides cost $3 each and may be purchased from Trail Dust Town Trading Co.
Ferris Wheel
- Board the ride in PollyAnna Park right across from the Carousel.
- Rides cost $3 each and may be purchased from Trail Dust Town Trading Co.
Carousel
- Board the Ride in PollyAnna Park right across from the Ferris Wheel.
- Rides cost $3 each and may be purchased from Trail Dust Town Trading Co.
Gold Panning
- Start with a mystery bag and use the water and pans to reveal your treasures!
- Treasure bags are $3 and are available at Trail Dust Trading Co.
- Open daily 4:30pm – 9:00pm
Shooting Gallery
- An interactive rifle “shooting” gallery to test your skill.
- Each play cost 2 quarters ($.50).
